Guinea Pigs Harmed and Killed

Summary:
Guinea pigs who had been bred to experience painful osteoarthritis by 4-months old (known as the Dunkin-Hartley strain) were experimented on and had their ovaries surgically removed. The guinea pigs were then terminally anaesthetised and their heart cells were removed.
